Castillo Pailakka is a bright and roomy row house apartment. Pailakka is 70 squares large and located right in the center of Ivalo. Although all the necessary services of Ivalo are near (for example the closest grocery store “K-Market” is 100m away). Castillo Pailakka is located at a peaceful place. The apartment has been fully renovated at the beginning of 2021.

The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, each for two persons. The beds of both bedrooms can be used together or separately. Both bedrooms also have enough closet space and more closet space can be found from the hallway.

The bathroom of the apartment was also renovated and there’s also a small sauna for two persons. The bathroom is also equipped with washing machine. Also, basic baby-equipment, like highchair and baby cot, can be found from the apartment.

The kitchen has all the basic household appliances and nice amount of closet space. The kitchen table is also large and can be used for many things like a great remote workplace and a dining table simultaneously.

The living room is spacious, and it has a large flat-TV and a corner couch. All the rooms in the apartment are bright, especially the living room with its big windows facing South. You can access the furnished balcony from the living room. Free Wi-Fi and an air-source heat pump are included in the apartment.

The apartment is ideal for people who want to spend their holiday close to the center of Ivalo, but still close enough to the beautiful Lapland’s nature. For example, this apartment is a great option for a fishing group. The lake Inari and river Ivalo are both very close to the apartment, not to forget other great fishing spots close by. But also, this apartment suits for remote work and for a longer stay at Ivalo. And if you want to visit the various outdoor activity possibilities of Saariselkä, it is only 30 km away.

The apartment is easily accessible from the Ivalo airport and with bus from Rovaniemi. The apartment is about 100 m away from the center of Ivalo. And if you decide to come by car, there are various parking spots too.
